A GP supervisor is responsible for the safe care of their registrar’s patients. “Are they safe in there?” and “how can I be sure?” are common supervisor concerns. In this interactive webinar, we will consider the various clinical supervision options available to a supervisor and discuss their strengths and weaknesses. We will explore a framework for random case analysis developed by the presenters that has been found to frequently reveal patient safety concerns.
