Australian Orders


Products purchased directly via website or phone:

Despatch and Delivery

In-stock items will be despatched within two business days from ordering and mailed via Australia Post or courier. Standard Australia Post delivery times are:

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 5-7 business days.
Adelaide: 7-10 business days.
Perth: Please allow up to 2 weeks.
Regional hubs (e.g. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 7-10 business days.
Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery: Please allow up to 2 weeks.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs reflect the weight of the items being purchased and your shipping location. Your final shipping cost will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable for any unclaimed or returned packages where shipping has been fulfilled as promised.

Product Issues and Returns

Change of mind

For online and phone orders, we are unable to offer a product refund for change of mind purchases but do offer a product exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Freight costs to return the unwanted product to us and mail out the new product will be charged to the customer and any differences in product pricing accounted for.

Damaged or Faulty Items

For damaged or faulty items received via phone or online orders, please contact our customer service team in the methods described above and we will work to resolve the issue for you.

 

International Orders


Products purchased via phone:

Despatch and Delivery

International orders can be made by email or phone for retail customers only. In-stock items will be despatched within two business days from ordering and mailed via an appropriate courier depending on order size and location. Delivery may take up to 21 working days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs reflect the weight of the items being purchased and your shipping location. Your final shipping cost will be advised by our phone sales team at the time of order. Shipping costs are non-refundable for any unclaimed or returned packages where shipping has been fulfilled as promised.
