Understanding the ‘What’, ‘How’ and ‘Why’ of in practice teaching as a GP supervisor is challenging. This webinar will focus on formal practice-based teaching, the quarantined, structured form of clinical teaching. It sets out to answer two questions:
• What should supervisors teach? i.e. how to make teaching relevant and appropriate; and
• How should supervisors teach? i.e. how to make teaching engaging and fun – different methods will be explored.
