Competitive salaries and Salary Packaging

Salary Sacrifice of up to $15,900 per annum plus $2,550 (entertainment benefits) per annum

Four weeks Annual Leave

Four weeks Annual Leave per annum, plus 17.5% leave loading, with the opportunity to cash-out up to two weeks annual leave in any financial year!

Regular Work review processes

GPSA reviews your work performance on a continual basis so that we can maximise your strengths, and help you with any development areas. Through a monthly review process, we can identify and overcome opportunities and areas in need of development as they arise.

Personal Leave

Ten days paid personal leave per annum

Long Service Leave

Long service leave after ten years of continuous service. Employees who resign after seven or more years of continuous service will also receive a pro-rata payout.

Superannuation

10% superannuation in addition to your base salary.

Family friendly conditions

Counselling support and Employee Assistance services

GPSA provides free access to counselling and other assistance for employees through Employee Assistance Services Australia (EASA). These services are provided to employees and their immediate family free of charge, and are totally confidential.

Supportive onboarding and HR policies

GPSA has a well developed on-boarding process involving online-training to the organisation as well as comprehensive information about the GPSA organisation. We also have well established policies to protect employees from bullying and harassment and provide protection for whistleblowers. All of our policies and procedures are easily accessible through an online HR system for staff members.
