College-led training

The Australian Government Department of Health is currently transitioning the  Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) Program to a ‘College-led model’ in 2023. DOH is working closely with the colleges to negotiate terms of the college-led grant agreements

ACRRM and the RACGP are committed to minimising disruption for GP supervisors, GP registrars and training practices during the transition period and changeover to the 2023 training year
